History
Has over 30 years of experience from the restaurant industry as a chef and entrepreneur, and started his career as an apprentice chef at the Hotel Bristol in Oslo.
Worked for a period at several of the city's best restaurants before he helped start the restaurant collective Lava Oslo, which is behind successes such as Katla, Sentralen, Hitchhiker, The Golden Chimp, Brutus, Hrìmnir, Smalhans and Dugurd.
Works on a daily basis as an operations manager in Lava Oslo with responsibility for the operation of everything from IT systems, marketing and all of the general operation of restaurants.
